Calling ALL Resident Cyclists, Make Your Voice Count Through Hunterdon County’s Bicycle Plan Workshops

RARITAN TWP., N.J. (Hunterdon County) — Hunterdon County announced it is hosting two public workshops over the next few weeks to encourage public participation in the development of a county-wide Bicycle Plan.

The proposed Hunterdon County Bicycle Plan will build upon the county’s existing bicycle infrastructure, bicycle lanes, and dozens of trails, including 18 miles of Delaware and Raritan Canal towpath.

The plan will connect residents and visitors with education, job opportunities, healthcare and social services, healthy lifestyles, and the county’s vast cultural and recreational opportunities.

County-area residents are encouraged to provide their unique insights to help shape a path for future generations to explore Hunterdon County on a bike.
