ATTENTION: Township Committee Suspends Enforcement of Light Trespass Ordinance

RARITAN TWP., N.J. (Hunterdon County) — Effective immediately, the Raritan Township Committee suspended the enforcement of Ordinance No. 25-37 prohibiting unwanted light from spilling onto neighboring properties, known as “light trespass.”

The moratorium will remain until further notice – please check back for further updates.
